Payment Plans

At the Center for Chiropractic & Wellness, we understand that sometimes finances can re-organize our priorities.  But it is essential that your top priority be YOUR HEALTH!

Think about it, no matter what you may think is more important, you can't accomplish it if you're not healthy.  Whether it be work tasks, household chores, or taking care of another individual - if your nervous system isn't functioning at an optimum level, you can't be either!

Because of the vast differences in insurance plans, the Center for Chiropractic & Wellness offers its patients several options to allow them to receive the best care available to them!

 

OPTION 1

VIP Program

This is the most popular maintenance plan.  Patients who choose this option receive:

24 visits per calendar year to be used at any frequency desired. (2x/month, 2-3x/week for acute injuries, shared with a family member)

2 re-exams at 50% off for each

15% off ALL SUPPLEMENTS AND WELLNESS PRODUCTS

The total value of this package is estimated at $1330.  VIP patients pay only $965.  That's a savings of $365!!

 

OPTION 2

Corrective Care Plan

This plan is designed for patients with an acute injury and an insurance plan that has limited chiropractic coverage.  The expected number of treatments necessary to return the patient to pre-injury status is estimated (including all co-pays) and the total out-of-pocket expense is calculated.  A discount is then applied if the patient chooses to pay in one full payment or 3 equal monthly installments.

[Example: A patient comes in with an acute low back injury resulting from a fall down a flight of stairs.  It is estimated based on the physical exam findings that 20 visits will be needed to return the patient to health.  However, his plan only covers 12 chiropractic visits at a co-pay of $20.  With this payment option, he would pay 12 visits at $20 and the remaining 8 visits at $50.  He would also be responsible for his re-examination since that would not be covered by his plan.  The total out-of-pocket expense is calculated to be $705.  If he chooses to make one payment, 20% would be taken from the total and he would make one payment of $564.  If he chooses the second method of paying, it would be a toal of $634.50, or 3 equal installments of $211.50.]

 

OPTION 3

PCD

The Preferred Chiropractic Doctor program is a nationwide network of chiropractors with the sole intention of providing patients with quality, affordable chiropractic care.  Patients who enroll in this program pay a yearly membership fee ($30/individual, $45/family - paid directly to PCD) for UNLIMITED chiropractic care for an ENTIRE YEAR at 25% off ALL SERVICES PROVIDED!  This covers exams, adjustments, nutrition consultations, exercises, and rehabilitation.  In addition, patients enrolled in PCD are able to take their membership card and present it to any participating provider in the USA to receive a 25% discount on services.  The Center for Chiropractic & Wellness is proud to be one of only 2 practices in RI to participate in PCD.
